I was at the beach at North Carolina last month when, on a particularly windy day, our umbrella collapsed. Naturally, we blamed China!
True? Of course not! But, not exactly unrealistic, either. These days, "blaming China" is becoming all too easy; but maybe, on the other hand, not uncalled for?
